The Pike County Schools Facilities Department is comprised of five dedicated employees responsible for the maintenance, repair, new construction, and renovations of eight hundred thousand square feet in fourteen buildings.  The department is responsible for the general maintenance of the HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, and the roads and grounds at all facilities. The Facilities Department also has two contractors that provide custodial services and grounds maintenance services for the district. Facilities also has two Outside Security Monitors that patrol and act as our first line of defense by looking for problems before they make entry into our schools. The department strives to provide a safe, attractive, clean, and healthy environment for learning and working.
